Registration Guide

Each author or presenter must pay registration fee before the deadline. Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and proceedings. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed. Please send all registration files to icgsd.heed@gmail.com before the deadline.

REGISTER

Attention for participants:

1. After your submission accepted, you will receive the formal notification of acceptance from ICGSD 2025. In the notification, there will be detailed registration information. Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment.

2. At least one author per paper must register as a presenter (regular or student registration).

3. If you prefer to attend ICGSD 2025 without presentation and publication, we suggest you to register as the Listener.

4. Tour in agenda is optional for all participants (on payment basis).

5. Please take care of your safety and all personal belongings, and wear your name tags during the whole conference. No responsibility or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves, we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.

Exclusion of Liability

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants’ failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

After filling out the registration form, an invoice will be generated and payment will be made based on this invoice. After that you can pay by bank transfer based on the invoice.

It is possible to pay through international money transfer systems such as Western Union, Золотая Корона and etc. After filling out the registration form, information will be provided on where to make the transfer and payment will be made by transferring money to this information.
After filling out the registration form, a video guide is provided and payment is made based on this. After making the payment, you will need to send it to icgsd.heed@gmail.com with a document confirming payment, indicating the name of the article.
